Responsible Use & Source Transparency

This site is a test environment for drafting support and informational reference lookup. Outputs are suggestions for review, not legal conclusions, violation determinations, or enforcement recommendations.

Use de-identified information only. Do not enter resident names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, Medicaid numbers, facility room numbers, or other identifying details.
Human Review

Staff Stay In Control

The tools organize notes, suggest likely topics, and surface references. A trained user must confirm facts, final NORS coding, resident direction, consent, and any next steps.

Transparency

Sources Are Visible

Reference results show citation, category, why the item appeared, official source links, and source verification dates where available.

Privacy

De-Identified Inputs

The Drafting Assistant is intended for de-identified notes. Avoid entering personal identifiers or confidential details that are not needed for drafting support.

No Determinations

Informational Only

Crosswalk results are research leads. A displayed regulation, F-tag, statute, or resource does not mean a violation occurred.

Connecticut Responsible AI Alignment

The site is designed to align with Connecticut responsible AI themes: purposeful use, accuracy and verifiability, privacy, equity and fairness, transparency, understandability, accountability, adaptability, and security.

Official Source Registry

The crosswalk uses official or owner-provided sources where possible. The source registry is stored in data/source_registry.json.
