These terms apply to DanBot, an AI assistant service operated by Daniel Beem for people Daniel authorizes who independently opt in.
The service is an AI assistant messaging service for people Daniel Beem authorizes who independently opt in. It provides conversational and transactional assistance and is not a promotional or marketing messaging program.
Message frequency varies based on user initiated interactions and personal assistant activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message delivery and service availability are not guaranteed. Delivery may depend on mobile carriers, Twilio, internet connectivity, hosting services, local systems, and other third party infrastructure.
The service is available to people Daniel Beem authorizes who independently opt in. One person may not enroll a third party, and the service does not distribute unsolicited messages.
These terms may be updated as the personal assistant service or its technical infrastructure changes.
BeemOps, powered by Hermes, is a personal operations system for authorized workflows such as creative generation, reminders, project continuity, and selected local integrations. The public BeemOps page is informational and does not grant access to private dashboards, files, conversations, calendars, SMS, or privileged tools.
Available capabilities may change. A request may be handled by a local backend or an explicitly approved external provider, may take time to complete, and may return a result that requires human review. A public capability description is not a guarantee that a workflow is available to every visitor.
Users may use Hermes only through an authorized interface and only for lawful, permitted purposes. Users may not attempt to bypass identity or consent controls, access another person's private information, impersonate Daniel or another person, submit sensitive information through an unapproved environment, or use the system to initiate unauthorized external actions.
AI-generated images, audio, documents, and other outputs may contain errors, omissions, artifacts, or unintended similarities. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining any permissions needed before publishing or relying on them. Availability, completion time, model behavior, and output quality are not guaranteed.
Messaging, purchases, publishing, calendar changes, invitations, cloud deletion, and other consequential actions remain subject to separate authorization and safety controls. The existence of a BeemOps page or capability description does not authorize those actions.
